CONTRACT CATERING

Usually the company (you) own and maintains the equipment. TLC has many years experience and can help source the best equipment for you. It is best to speak to one of our team to discuss this matter.

Yes we offer a consultancy option, where we will come and fully set up the canteen and source equipment. This will be handed over for your company to carry out the daily running of the canteen.

Yes we are fully registered with the HSE.

Yes we have HACCP, Safe Systems of Work and Risk Assessments with Peninsula, a  contract Safety Company

No we can cater to any number you require

Contract Catering is the most recent addition to our suite of solutions. We started our first canteen in 2017 and cater for two large pharmaceutical plants in Cork. We have also provided consultancy to one other large canteen in the Cork area. Combined our staff have 40+ years experience in contract catering, all our heads of departments hailed from the contract catering sector.

RETAIL CATERING

We provide you with gluten-free products made in a HACCP compliant kitchen, meaning you don’t have to segregate your work space.

Our dishes are fully certified as Gluten-free so you don’t have to worry about cross contamination giving you  piece of mind.

The meals are consistent and made to a specified recipe ensuring your customer receives the same product and quality every time

There is little to no waste as you only order the quantity you sell, meaning better profit margins for your business

We deliver once/twice per week, or more if necessary

Yes they are and are fully certified as gluten free

Yes we are members of Love Irish food since 2018, all the meat and ingredients are sourced in Ireland, contributing to the circular economy and local business.

We offer sale or return for the first month to allow you get a feel for what your customer likes, this is then removed after the first month.

SPORTS CATERING

We offer catering for sports teams for pre and post training sessions and for pre and post matches. We are caters to Cork GAA since 2017.

We will work closely with the team nutritionist to provide healthy meals for teams, coaches and referees.

We also cater for bus journeys with lunch bags / pre- packed lunches

PRIVATE CATERING

Yes, the shop is open to the public during all levels of lockdown. The opening hours are 7am to 4pm Mon-Fri. You can shop here from all we have in stock on that day. You can also pre order from our order and collect menu. See the Order & Collect

We are not currently open at the weekend but if you are availing of the hot/cold collection or receiving a drop off on the weekend, we will be available.

We are not taking bookings for fully served events in 2022. We are offering a hot or cold collection for the recommended numbers allowed by government guidelines. Please see this link for more details

Order and collect is a menu whereby you place your order three working days in advance. View Order & Collect , to order call the shop on 021-4885299. You can also shop in-store in Ballinhassig from our stock. The shop stock is always changing so to avoid disappointment it is best to order either from the order and collect or to shop online.

Yes we deliver free on orders made via the on-line shop or the order and collect for areas within 15km of Ballinhassig. This includes areas such as Ballincollig, Bandon, Bishopstown, City Centre, Carrigaline, Douglas, Innishannon. Please call to discuss delivery times. 021-4885299.

You can cancel your order on the day of the sale, any later than this and production will have commenced
